Huddersfield Falcon MCC (Bike Trial)

A BIKE TRIAL event will be promoted by the Club, to be run under the following supplementary regulations.

Date: Saturday March 13^th 2010 Start Time: 1.30pm

Venue: Nethermoor Farm, South Crosland.

Event: Bike Trial for Beginners, Novices and Intermediates.

Course: Will be at least three laps of at least six sections. The beginners route will be suitable for riders who have not competed before.

Entry: Entries taken on the day up to 15 minutes before start. £5.00 entry fee. ACU membership required for 2010 at £10. Passport type photo needed to complete membership. It would help if you follow instructions on Falcons website.

The following declaration must be read by both rider and parent:-

“I the undersigned apply to enter the event described above, and in consideration thereof I hereby declare that I understand the National Sporting Code of the ACU, the ACU standing regulations, such supplementary regulations that have been or may be issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them. I further declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and am competent to do so. I declare that the machine which I enter and compete on shall be suitable and proper for its purpose. I confirm that I understand the nature of the event and the risks inherent in it, and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers or officials. I further agree that I will not seek to claim against the ACU, the organisers, the officials, the landowners or other bodies or individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused, and whether by negligence or breech of statutory duty of the said bodies and persons.
