The second round
of this six round NOVICE & BEGINNERS CHAMPIONSHIP TRIAL SERIES will be
promoted by the Huddersfield Falcon MCC to be run under the National Sporting
Code and Standing Regulations of the ACU, and under the following Supplementary
Regulations.
1. DATE: SUNDAY -

for NOV, BEG, YOUTH A, B, C, D, T/SHOCK, O40’s
AND PRE 65.
Points for the Championship are awarded for finishing
positions in each class for each event. Overall class winners will be decided
on the best five rounds with a minimum number of three rounds required.

FEBRUARY

Course
will be a minimum of 4 LAPS of EIGHT or TEN SECTIONS (to be decided on the day). There will be 4 courses to choose from – HARD,
50/50, EASY COURSE, PLUS A DEAD EASY / WHITE ROUTE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS OR C & D RIDERS (WITH A COURSE-CLOSING TIME
OF 3.30pm AT THE LATEST)
5. MARKING:
will be to FIM Rule TSR 22/A (Stop permitted)
Ties will be decided by ACU
Rules (most cleans, ones etc.)
Failure to attempt a section will incur
a 10 mark penalty in accordance with ACU Rules; alternatively you can
incur a 5 mark penalty but only if you request
this off the Observer rather than attempt the section – this ruling
applies to closed-to-club trials only.
To be classified as a finisher riders
must attempt at least 75% of the sections.
6. All riders under the age of 18 must have
this form signed by a Parent or Guardian.
7. ENTRY
FEE OF £10 PER RIDER plus Falcon
Club membership of £5 for 2010 (if not already paid)
should be sent with completed Entry and
Parental Agreement forms to the TRIALS SECRETARY, to be
received no later than 12 noon Saturday 27th. March 2010 (£12.00 FOR ENTRY
ON THE DAY)
(Entry fee will be refunded if cancellation received NO
LATER THAN 9.00pm on day before the trial)

issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them.

the designated place not less than 30 minutes prior to commencement of my/our
practice or first competition, whichever occurs first.
Acknowledgement of the risks of motorsport: I / we understand that by taking part in this
event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or
suffering some other serious injury and I / we acknowledge that even in the
event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the promoter, the organising
club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf
were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I / we may suffer, the
dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my / our voluntary decision
to take part in a high risk activity.
