the ACU, and the following Supplementary Regulations.

only open to paid-up members of the Club, who preferably have been members for
at least 12 months.

Pre-booked places limited to 10 Adults and 10 Youths, on a
first-come-first-served basis, with the Club having the final decision to
ensure a fair cross-section of Riders & Abilities.

ACU
Licences and Club Membership Cards must be available for inspection on
request.
d)
Do
not use this venue for unofficial practise purposes as this could jeopordise
our being able to use it in future.

Acknowledgement of the risks

event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or
suffering some other serious injury and I / we acknowledge that even in the
event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the promoter, the organising
club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf
were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I / we may suffer, the
dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my / our voluntary decision
to take part in a high risk activity.
