This event is organised by West of England MC Ltd and
is the Second Round of
the 2009 British BikeTrial Championship
series. The event will consist of two laps of ten sections. Punch cards will be
used for marking riders scores. Results and awards for the Championship
classes will be presented on the day. All competitors must have a current 2009
ACU Trials or ACU BikeTrial licence.
You must
produce your 2009 ACU licence when signing on at each competition
The routes for the various classes are marked with
pairs of coloured markers. The Blue route is common for all classes. There will
be White, Green, Red or Yellow principal deviations to these routes for the
various categories as listed below. The
maximum wheel size for competitors born in 1994 or later is 20". For
competitors born in 1993 or earlier the maximum wheel size is 26. It is the
rider's responsibility to ensure that their cycle complies with the
supplementary regulations issued for the meeting. Helmet, pants, shirt and shoes must be worn by riders as listed in the
2009 ACU handbook. It is also recommended
(but not compulsory ) to wear boots or shoes giving ankle protection, shin
guards, gloves, full length pants and a shirt with long sleeves.

This event is held under the National Sporting Code of the
Auto-Cycle
The ACU National Sporting Code and Standing Regulations are
published annually in the ACU Handbook.
ENTRY
DECLARATION I / we, the
undersigned apply to enter the event described above and in consideration
thereof:-
1. I
/ we hereby declare that I / we have had the opportunity to read, and that I /
we understand the National Sporting Code of the ACU, the ACU Standing
Regulations, such Supplementary Regulations as have or may be issued for the
event, and agree to be bound by them.
2. I / we further declare that I am / we are physically and
mentally fit to take part in the event and I am / we are competent to do so.
3. I / we confirm that I / we understand the
nature and type of event we are entering and its inherent risks and agree to
accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the
part of the organisers or officials.
4. I / we confirm that the machine described
below which I / we compete on shall be suitable and proper for the purpose.
5. I / we confirm that if any part of the event takes place on a
public highway, the machine described below shall be insured as required by the
Road Traffic Acts, or equivalent legislation, and that it will comply with the requlations in respect thereof.
6. I / we agree that I am / we are required to
register our arrival by signing on at the designated place not less than 30
minutes prior to commencement of my / our practice or first competition,
whichever occurs first.
7. Entry

of the risks of motorsport: I / we understand that by
taking part in this event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, or becoming
permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I / we
acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the
Promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out
duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I
/ we may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my /
our voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.
