Huddersfield Falcon MCC (Bike Trial)

Affiliated to the Yorkshire Centre of the ACU & West Yorkshire Group

A BIKE TRIAL event will be promoted by the Club, to be run under the following supplementary regulations.

Date: Sat 16^th April 2008 Start Time: 1.00pm

Venue: Horn Hill, Holmfirth, Huddersfield.

Event: Bike Trial for New Members inc classes for Beginners, Novices and Intermediates.

Course: Will be at least three laps of at least six sections. Sections will be suitable for any

Mountain or Trails bike type of machine. The beginners route will be suitable for

riders who have not competed before.

Entry: Fee of £5 per rider, which includes 1 event club membership, should sent with

completed entry form to the Secretary to be received no later than Friday 15^th April 2008.

NOTE THAT ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF ENTRIES CAN BE TAKEN AT THE START.

The following declaration must be read by both rider and parent:-

“I the undersigned apply to enter the event described above, and in consideration thereof I hereby declare that I understand the National Sporting Code of the ACU, the ACU standing regulations, such supplementary regulations that have been or may be issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them. I further declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and am competent to do so. I declare that the machine which I enter and compete on shall be suitable and proper for its purpose. I confirm that I understand the nature of the event and the risks inherent in it, and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers or officials. I further agree that I will not seek to claim against the ACU, the organisers, the officials, the landowners or other bodies or individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused, and whether by negligence or breech of statutory duty of the said bodies and persons.
